Thank you for the opportunity you presented to lease your
office and showroom space. We appreciate the kindness you
have shown us throughout the past four months. We realize
that the City Planning and P.U.D. ordeal kept all of us from
acheiving our expectations and goals.
Unfortunately, because of our present lease commitment,
an immediate change is impossible. We found it only fair
that we remove all the items we had stored at your place
in order to make it more appealing to any other prospec-
tive tennants.
With the P.U.D. in place and with the approval from the City
for a minimum traffic retail operation, we understand your
desire to realize immediate revenue. Finding a tennant will
be relatively easy now that all the complicated work is out
cf t;e way.
We wish you and Anna all the best in your efforts and hope
your goals become a reality soon.
