Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 24, 1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The
proposed projects are commonly known as The Platt Property PUD -
Preliminary, #3-90B and Villages at Harmony West P.U.D. - Amended
Master Plan, #3-90C.
The applicant is requesting to amend development Area B of the
Master Plan from 282 multi -family units and recreational/daycare
center to 109 single family detached lots on 30.64 acres, located
east of Seneca Street and north of Wakerobin Lane. The applicant
is also requesting preliminary approval for 109 single family homes
on 31.87 acres, located north of Wakerobin Lane and east of Seneca
Street, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me
