Just so you'll have a copy of my comments for your files...
I have reviewed the alternative mode study for the Rivendell School site and it is fine. My other concern
had to do with making sure that there was enough stacking space for parents who are picking up or
dropping off their children (without cars stacking onto Riverside) as well as a request that the children's
playground be relocated away from the intersection of Prospect and Riverside due to safety and health
impact reasons (a car could go through the perimeter fencing as well as the air quality impacts to the
children from exercising next to the high volume of cars stopping/starting at the intersection).
