Preliminary PUD Submittal June 4, 1990. 2. The existing chan link fence will be (emoved--and replaced With a six foot privacyfence in Jul when Wonderland is closed). 3. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers will be; placed as required by Poudre Fire Authority.. A Fire Department inspection will be completed in July. One hour fire separation waived following my letter dated May 5, 1990. 4. Waived following 4 ,letter of May ;5, 1990 5.- A second exit- from the garden level will be installed in July. Second exit from level 2 will be installed if A child with a handicapped parent is enrolled at Wonderland. (per my letter May 5, 1990).-Second exit from. level 3 not appropriate since children do not use this area. 6; Complete handicapped accesibility waived.. A wheelchair ramp will be installed in the garage leading into the second level for parental access in July.. 7. The proposed walkway connecting the new entrance to W. Swallow has been altered. The new walkway would connect the preschool entrance with the existing front sidewalk leading to Cavalry Court and the driveway. Pick up and drop off would be from the driveway or Cavalry Court. 8. 12 children will be attending, necessitating a. maximum of 12 cars twice daily.. However, it -s likely that some positions will be filled by two or three children in the same family. Therefore, the number of actual vehicles would probably be less than 12. Current drop off and pick up times follow with -the number of vehicles listed in parentheses: 7;Oom-a.m .) (1) -7:15 a.m. (1) 8:00 a.m. "(2) 9:00 a.m. (1) 10:00 a.m. (1) 3:30 p.m. (2) 4:30 p.m. (2) 5:15 p.m. (2) It is not possible to give exact times for additional children, not yet enrolled, but doubling the correct drop offs and pick up times would be reasonable. I 9. Four off-street parking spaces are available: Two in the garage and two on the double driveway. Mostiparents do use the driveway for drop offs and pick ups and staff would be required to park either in the garage or driveway. 10. No comment 11. No comment 12.
