Re: Amigos at Shield Street/92-26
Dear Ted,
In reference to your comments dated February 19, 1993, we offer the
following responses:
1. We have incorporated Staff's design for porkchop island and
associated ramps. We have added a note regarding construction
of the island per Eric Bracke.
2. See Number 1.
3. See Number 1.
4. We have made this change.
5. The transformer to the north of our site does not serve the
Amigos property. We have shown a new transformer location per
Light and Power's recommendation.
6. OK - Refer to Plat.
7. OK - Refer to Landscape Plan. - N O,# N oT O.K . `YET
8. a. We have added the parapet sign to the Site Cross Section
to indicate size.
b. We have added a menu board detail.
C. We have adjusted the location of the ground sign to
reflect required site distance.
d. We have reduced the sign height to 9 feet. We feel the
scale will be in keeping with the building, since we have
moved the sign away from the curb. Including the menu
board, the total signage will comply with the allowable
sign area.
9. We have indicated location of lights on both Site Plan and
Site Cross Section. Note No. 9 now specifies down directional
pole lighting. The exterior wall fixtures are wall wash, both
up and down.

10. Zoning has been added to Site Plan.
