Dear Resident:
At the request of Amigos Restaurant, the neighborhood meeting scheduled for July
30, 1991, at the John the 23rd Center has been canceled.
The explanation for the cancellation is the Amigos has put the project on hold
pending a soils investigation of the Texaco site.
If the project becomes active again, the Planning Department will re -schedule the
neighborhood meeting. The project will not be allowed to be submitted as a
P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) without the benefit of a neighborhood
information meeting.
