Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, January 17, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 North College", the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision known as A
Replat of Lots 11 & 12, Evergreen Park, Third Filing, Case #53-90.
The applicant is requesting a hearing for a minor subdivision consisting of a
replat of 2 existing lots into 3 lots to accommodate a Housing Authority
project. The Housing Authority is proposing to add a 4 dwelling unit building
to the middle lot of this minor subdivision.
Public input regarding this Minor Subdivision may be made in writing to the
Planning Department or at the public administrative hearing.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
