The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April, 1,
1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is
commonly known as Williams Annexation and Zoning, Case #8-91A.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone approximately 1.41 acres of City owned property,
located at the southwest corner of Lemay Avenue and East Mulberry Street. The property is
currently vacant. The proposed zoning is RC, RIver Corridor.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this public hearing, written comments arc
welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based
on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
