Dear Steve:
In our meeting on January 28, 1991, it was discussed that the City of
Fort Collins would send me a letter of explanation of the fees associated
with our. project. The letter would give a detailed breakdown of the fees
with an in-depth description of what the fees and each line item are
for. To date I have not received this information and would appreciate
your attention to this matter.
