November 1, 2001
On Tuesday, November 13, 2001, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the City of Fort
Collins Streets Facility, 625 North Lemay Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Current
Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as the City of
Fort Collins New Traffic Operations Facility.
This is a request by the Traffic Operations Department of the City of Fort Collins
to construct a 9,000 square foot office building, an 11,000 square foot sign, paint
and vehicle storage building and an outdoor parking area for City -owned
vehicles. The site is 3.2 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of East
Vine Drive and Linden Street.
The site is part of the City of Fort Collins East Vine Streets Facility and is
currently undeveloped. The project would be constructed in phases with the
9,000 square foot office building being phase one and the 11,000 square foot
sign, paint and vehicle storage building being phase two.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time
between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are
welcome.
