RE: Fort Collins Maintenance Facility PDP/FC Resubmittal
Dear Rex,
Attached are the revisions to the PDP submittal based upon review comments from the
City dated April 16, 1999. Included with the resubmittal are the redlines from the City's
review. We have responded to all of the comments in the redlined plans.
Per my discussion with Mr. Ted Shepard, City of Fort Collins Planning, we have
included the following number of sheets and documents for resubmittal:
Utility Plans — 4
Drainage and Erosion Control Report — 2
Subdivision Plat — 2
Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations Plan Set (full size) — 10
Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations Plan Set (8 ''/z" x 11" size) — 1
A rendered Landscape Plan and rendered Building Elevations will be submitted to Mr.
Ted Shepard by May 7, 1999 per prior arrangement with Ted.
Following are responses to the comments in Mr. Shepard's letter dated April 16, 1999:
1. A letter is being submitted on behalf of CDOT by Muller Engineering in support
of the Modification of a Standard.
2. Barbed wire fence will not be used on this project.
3A. Title has been changed.
3B. Signature block has been changed.
3C. Electrical transformer location has been identified and it is within a landscaped
area (non -conflicting).
3D. Ground -mounted HVAC will be screen by an enclosure.
3E. Construction dates have been filled in per your direction.
3F. Address line has been added.
4A. Plant Quantities are included.
4B. Plants are keyed.
4C. Areas of grass are called out.
4D. Plant material has been changed to evergreen.

4E. Virginia Creeper shown on plan. Quantity has been increased.
4F. Note has been added.
4G. Plan has been numbered.
5. Note has been added to identify crew quarters.
