On Thursday, May 20, 1999, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning
and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 — 0 to approve the request for the CDOT Region IV
Maintenance Facility at the East Vine Streets Facility, Project Development Plan, #30-
91C.
