The existing site exists as a detention basin, single family residential adjacent to the array. The
proposed array will need to remove one tree due to the proximity to array installation.
The existing trees range from fair to poor/dead. The tree species include Ash, Spruce,
Cottonwood, Plum, and Ponderosa Pine.
There will be 1 tree removed, rated fair.
