CORRECTION NOTICE
Dear Resident:
On Thursday, October 11, 2001, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
come on for hearing in Conference Room A of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning
Department, 281 North College Avenue, * Fort Collins, CO., 80524, the Administrative
Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as 1314 Red Cedar Circle
(Evergreen Park, The Toy Shed), Wireless Telecommunications Equipment,
Project Development Plan, #50-91.
Request for co -location of antennas and equipment on existing monopole tower. The
project is located north of Conifer Street, south of Willox Lane, west of Blue Spruce
Drive and east of North College Avenue. The zoning is I, Industrial.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
