The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Creek Office Park East PUD - Preliminary and Final, #52-91B. The applicant is requesting 40,992 s.f. of floor area for 8 office buildings on 3.70 acres, located on the west side of South College Avenue north of Cameron Drive on Coranado Court, and zoned BL - Limited Business and bp, Planned Business. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
