Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, February 26, 1992, at 1:45 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of
Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor
Subdivision request known as Patio Homes at Pinewood PUD, #4-92.
This is a request to replat a portion of the Pinewood PUD, located west of Stover
Street, south of Drake Road. The replat is being requested to allow two duplex
units with attached garages on part of the undeveloped portion of the property.
This plat is being processed and reviewed in accordance with City Ordinance 29-
644.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
