The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 27, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Fort Collins Truck Sales
PUD - Final, #11-92.
The applicant is requesting retail truck sales, located at the northeast corner
of College Avenue and Vine Drive, zoned hb, Highway Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
