Mountain Ridge Farm Preliminary P.U.D.
Dear Eldon:
On Monday, May 23, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and
Zoning Board, the Board took the following actions:
1. The Board voted 5 - 0 to approve the Mountain Ridge Farm Amended O.D.P.
2. The Board voted 5 - 0 to approve Mountain Ridge Farm Preliminary P.U.D. subject to
the following condition:
A. The proposed Westfield Drive street connection shall be downgraded to a
bicycle/pedestrian connection.
