Re: Appeal of Project #15-92
Dear Mr. Peterson:
We, the owners of the property to the west of the minor subdivision
f15-92, filed an appeal to your administrative decision on June 2,
1992. After our meeting with city staff today to discuss the
appeal, we now withdraw this appeal.
We do feel that the help from the city of Fort Collins has been
extremely valuable in bringing this unsafe problem to the attention
of all parties.
