Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, September 8, 1992, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of
Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor
Subdivision request known as Cottonwood Glen Park Minor Subdivision, #37-92.
This is a request to create a 20.362 acre one lot subdivision plat on a parcel
of ground owned by the City of Fort Collins. The minor subdivision is being done
at this time to establish the legal boundaries for the future use of the
property. The intent is for the City Parks and Recreation Department to
construct, at some time in the future, a neighborhood park on this site that is
located east of Quail Hollow Subdivision, 6th Filing. The park will be accessed
from Michener Drive, approximately 1/4 mile south of West Drake Road and 1/4 mile
east of Overland Trail. Please call Leslie Bryson of Parks and Recreation at
221-6367 if you have any questions regarding the future park development.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
