Box 580 Fort Collins CO 80522-0580 Dear Mr. Shepard: October 5, 1994 Today under seperate cover we have submitted our revised site plan for 921 East Prospect Road according to your letter dated September 12, 1994 as follows: 1. Parking has been revised, so that we now have 11 parking spaces and 1 handicapped parking space. This revision should be adequate to answer the neighborhood concerns for adequate parking availability. 2. The site plan indicates the removal of evergreen trees and shrubs in front of the house, and their replacement with deciduous bushes. 3. Handicap parking and ramp are shown as well as the access ramp into the office of Building A. 4. New deciduous plant material has been shown on the plan as well as on an additional note. 5. A note on new palnt material has been added. I have also enclosed a written estimate from Bath Nursery for your files. 6. Both Notes A & B have been added to the plan. 7. The adjacent property being used for an insurance office has been indicated. 8. The legal description has been darkened for better ligibility. 9. This note has been added to the plan. 10. The entrance to the driveway will be on the west, and the exit will be to the east. This should help accomodate traffic flow. In addition, a small sign will eventually be placed to help clients identify the correct building. Three new copies of the revised Site Plan have been made and submitted. Sincerely, Brenda K., x
