RE: Fossil Creek Estates
Dear Tom:
As we discussed on the phone recently, I would be glad to meet with you, a
Planning Department member(s), and an ad hoc homeowners group to discuss issues
of concern surrounding my project. I believe those homeowners will agree that I
have lalways-made an effort -to discuss their concerns whenever feasible.
I am writing this as a follow-up to our conversation for two reasons. First, to let you
know that;l)WIl' ake myself available at anytime, so long as you give me twenty-
four ho"urs'notice;;and, secondly, to express a condition that this meeting take place
prior to the scheduled appeal hearing of February 1, 1994. 1 must maintain this date
due to the fact that I have been severely delayed over the past several months
throughout this process.- I realize that this does not leave us with much time, but if
all intentions are sincere, we can get it done.
I appreciate your efforts and will look forward to some direction from you as far as
how to proceed from here. Please feel free to call me at your convenience to
discuss this issue.
