As you have been informed by email, your firm has been selected for an oral interview for our
Request for Proposal 7413 Background Screening Services.
Your interview will occur on September 25, 2012 at 3:30 PM in Conference Room 2D located at
215 N Mason Street in Fort Collins.
For the interview, you will have 30 minutes for a formal presentation and system demonstration
in response to the requirements of the Request for Proposal and then there will be a question
and answer period of 30 minutes.
For your information, the other firms selected for oral interviews are:

Sterling Infosystems
Due to extenuating circumstances, Utilities Customer Services has decided not to proceed with
awarding the customer screening portion of this RFP. This portion of the RFP will be solicited
separately at a later date, most likely in 2013. The City is proceeding with the intent to award
the Human Resources background screening portion of this RFP.
We appreciate the time expended by your firm in preparing your written response, and look
