terms of the Professional Services Agreement and
this work order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of two (2) pages are
hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by this
reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

FOR FLOODPLAIN MODELING REPORT SCOPE OF WORK
WORK ORDER 9
PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To address review comments related to the CIPO Floodplain
Modeling Report which was prepared in February of 2012.
GENERAL
This scope covers the time required for Ayres to make adjustments and corrections to the
February 2012 CIPO floodplain modeling report. Jaclyn Michaelsen will be addressing the
majority of the comments with Jane Brightwell addressing comments related to the exhibits and
figures. Andrea Faucett will provide final review.

TASK 1 - ADDRESS CIPO FLOODPLAIN MODELING REPORT COMMENTS
1.1 Address report comments. This task accounts for the time that Jaclyn Michaelsen and
Jane Brightwell will need to address comments which were provided by the City of Fort Collins
Stormwater Department. In general, many parts of the report will need to be adjusted to
adequately address the comments.
COST
After reviewing the comments we estimate that the time to address the comments will be as
follows:
Jaclyn Michaelsen - 52 hrs.
Jane Brightwell - 20 hrs.
Andrea Faucett - 4 hrs.
Total Cost - $8,860.00
