One each of most complex partial taking report and a conservation easement report? Or are there more that are required? A. As a minimum, we would like to see sample reports of a complex partial taking and a conservation easement; however, if a proposer has other reports covering other areas of appraisal work, it would be good to see a sample. 2. How many copies of each sample report are required? Five copies of the proposal submittal are required – does the City want five copies each of the appraisal reports, too? A. Please provide one sample of each. 3. Regarding the Respondent’s estimates and awards in matters in which appraiser has testified as an expert appraisal witness, this information is rarely (never) provided and is not made available by the courts. Is it possible more specific information on this request could be provided? A. On page 4 of 30, strikeout the second sentence “include this information in a format showing your appraisal estimates of just compensation, the Respondent’s appraisal estimates of just compensation and the settlement awards.”
