ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL 3166543P Rev 1
City of Fort Collins has read Proposal No. 3166543P Rev 1 in its entirety, and hereby authorizes Electrical
Reliability Services to proceed with executing the Scope of Work referenced herewith.
City of Fort Collins agrees to perform its responsibilities addressed in the Proposal and further acknowledges
that Electrical Reliability Services, Inc.'s obligations are limited to the Scope of Work, per the proposed
schedule detailed therein.
Any unplanned crew standby time, work performed outside the Scope of Work or proposed schedule,
additional trips necessitated by operating conditions at the job site, for any reason beyond ERS's direct control,
shall be billed additionally, with a minimum of one day, per hand, per call -out, plus expenses.
By signing this Acceptance of Proposal and delivering the original or facsimile thereof to Electrical Reliability
Services, Inc., City of Fort Collins engages Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. to perform the Scope of Work
referenced in the proposal,
All work will be performed in accordance with ERS's Standard Terms and Conditions, which are attached to
this proposal. No other terms and conditions are acceptable, unless agreed to by ERS in writing.
The signatory below is duly appointed by and authorized by City of Fort Collins to execute this agreement and
to bind same to the terms and conditions of this proposal.
