Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement
between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services
Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of Eleven.(11) pages are hereby accepted and incorporated herein by this
reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

2145 Centre Avenue: Horticulture Shed
Scope of Work:
- Provide a turnkey 16'-0" wide x 24'-0" deep shed with 8' tall walls.
- Provide 2-3'-0" x 6'-8" lockable metal doors and metal door frame similar to
what is on the existing pump station.
- Door hardware to match existing pump station.
- Keying to match existing pump station.
- Shed to sit directly on asphalt.
- Contractor to shim shed, on asphalt, accordingly to provide a
plumb/level/square product.
- Contractor to match existing pump station and garage paint colors.
Ramp to be constructed from 2x material and'/a" plywood and fastened to
shed.
- No electrical work needed.
- Please see drawings for additional details.
- Contractor to pull all necessary permits.
- Contractor to meet all current City of Fort Collins Building Codes.
- Contractor to. provide, at contractor's expense, any required engineering.
- Contractor will need to fill out the attached "Tracking Form for
Salvaged/Recycled/Waste Materials before final payment can be received.
- Low bidder to coordinate starting date with owner.

Whatever is needed to meet City of Fort Collins code requirements.
