Attached is a copy of the letter that we received from James O'Neill. There are a couple of small changes I would like to make to the paragraph at the top of page 2. I would like it to also exclude information that : (c) is given to the Professional by a third party with a legal right to so disclose; (d) was known by the Professional at the time of disclosure as evidenced by its written records; (e) was independently developed by the Professional. These exclusions are in our current contract. Please let me know if you have any questions. If you would like to send me a word version I could make the changes and e-mail it back to you for your approval.
