find our labor and material scope.
Inclusions:
1. Demo of walls as shown.
2. Install new headers as shown.
3. Fab and Install steel.
4. Install redwood trim.
5. Removal of recyclables and trash.
Exclusions:
1. Electrical
2. Plumbing
3. H VAC
Note #1, Permits can be applied for by us or the City.
Note #2, Please allow 2 weeks for ordering and fab of steel columns
and beams.
Total Price: $6,800.00
