I am following up on a renewal letter that was sent to you back on 8/27/12 for the following contract for City of Fort Collins:

The Project Manager would like to know if you intend to renew your contract? If Yes, renewal letter needs to be signed and dated, and returned to us for the file.
Can you please advise by end of business Friday October 5, 2012. If you cannot locate the letter let us know, and a new one will be emailed to you.
