To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to notify the City of Fort Collins that as of July 1, 2012, the Colorado Systems
Group, Inc. merger with BW Systems was complete. Colorado Systems Group, Inc. has adopted the
name of BW Systems. Although CSG will now be part of BW Systems, it will maintain its offices and staff
in Longmont, Colo., from which customers are served throughout the state.

I, Jeffrey A. Brown, Vice President of Colorado Systems Group, Inc, assign the entirety of Colorado
Systems Group, Inc. contractual rights and obligations of all Contracts in Effect with the City of Fort
Collins to BW Systems.
I, James Thiele, President of BW Systems, accept the assignment of all contractual rights and obligations
of all Contracts in Effect between Colorado Systems Group, Inc and the City of Fort Collins.
