Project Goals
• Create safe and effective travel corridor
— Bikes, pedestrians, transit, passenger, and
heavy vehicles
• Define/consolidate access points
• Maintain compatibility with existing utility facilities
• Support economic viability of the project area
• Upgrade image of North College Corridor
• Maintain compatibility with previous efforts
• Coordination with CDOT
Project Schedule
Proposed Schedule:
-Preliminary Engineering — Through 2012
-Final Engineering — Through Fall of 2014
-ROW Acquisition — Through Fall of 2014
-Construction — Spring 2015
It is the City's goal to begin construction in 2015.
More aggressive project schedules will be
considered.

Coordinate System
— Consultant responsible for the following
• All drafting of the ROW plans minus the
monumentation sheets
• Development of future ROW and easement lines
• Mitigation plans for all impacted properties
— Anticipate 30 properties, three iterations per plan

Will be an extendable contract (at City's
discretion) for design support during construction

Additional Info
• Form 1331 does not count toward the 25 page
limit for the proposals
• 1 U17 pages are acceptable within the proposals
and count as one page toward the 25 page limit
• The cover letter is not included toward the 25
page limit for the proposals
• The City can receive up to 20 mg files through e-
mail
