Per Contract Agreement, Article 9.0, this WCD provides authorization for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. to proceed with the
following:
Work to continue the build -out of the Digital Dome theater. Constniction includes: Installation of screen suspension points and
light fixtures, installation ofacoustic insulation and kneewall with maintenance access. Hensel Phelps Construction Co. has
included the documents "Digital Dome FSR", "General Conditions Estimate", "Clarifications and Assumptions — Digital
Dome", and "Digital Dome Fragnet" schedule to more fully describe the scope and sequence of the proposed Work.

This estimate reflects the Spitz Drawing Set #305609, Sheets 1-8 dated 6/08/12; and Global Immersion "Screen/Kneewall Fort
Collins Museum" Sheets 1-3 dated 6/25/12

This document takes precedence over the contract documents.

The work associated with these drawings is not to be submitted to the USGBC for LEED certification.

State and local sales and use taxes on materials permanently incorporated into the project have not been included.

Payment and performance bonds have been included for subcontractors and suppliers. Hensel Phelps will bond contract
agreements with all subcontractors previously bonded for the Discovery Museum building contract thus minimizing risk to the overall
rciect.

Contractor's Payment and Performance Bond premiums have been included.

The Contractor's Fee includes margin for general office activities, field office activities, markup on subcontractor work by the
Contractor, marku on materials and equipment, and markup on project labor as requested.

No cost escalation has been anticipated in this Proposal.

The Owner has stated that permits and inspections will not be required for this work. The digital dome build -out shall be treated as
support for the theater exhibit experience.

The Owner has stated that they will be responsible for the following general conditions items: All printing/copying/scanning/internet
access for Hensel Phelps, all construction power, dumpsters, temporary dust partitions, and HVAC protection with MERV 8 filters

No record drawings, O&M's, or training are included. Contractor will turn over working construction drawings for closeout
documents.

Liquidated Damaged do not apply to this scope of work
Schedule
1
A full construction schedule is attached to this Proposal. The start of construction is based upon a formal executed change order
and Notice To Proceed to begin the Work. Delay to this process will result in an equal delay to the construction schedule start and
completion.

Museum functions is relatively unknown at the time of the proposal, and thus time for coordination is not included.

i) Builders Risk Insurance. Hensel Phelps will review the provided builders risk policy upon receipt and analyze for any
necessary difference in coverage policy. If Hensel Phelps deems that the Owner's Builders Risk Policy is inadequate, Hensel
Phelps reserves the right to obtain a DIC Policy at the expense of the Owner.
j) Contractor General Conditions Items. This includes daily printing/copying/scanning required by Hensel Phelps on -site staff,
construction dum sters, toilet facilities for all contractors, contractor parking,and construction water / electric.

The following scope items are not included in the Proposal and should be accounted for by the City:
a) Furniture Installation. The City will be responsible for all furniture, fixtures, and equipment design, purchasing, and
installation. This includes all kitchen equipment and collection handling equipment.
b) Communications Work. The City will be responsible for all communications work including teledata cabling, equipment.
Hensel Phelps ill provide raceways and conduits with pull strings.
c) Screen, projection equipment. AN equipment, lighting control equipment.
d) Theater lighting was turned over to the Owner upon building completion. These same fixtures will be provided for contractor
to install.
e) Service provider equipment including WIFI equipment, pay phones and/or courtesy phones, vendor kiosks and ATM
machines. dis lay cases, cubicles. ands stems furniture.
0 Weekly Cleaning. Owner has taken the responsibility of all cleanup associated with the Work
g) Final Cleaning. Owner has taken the responsibility of a Final Cleaning throughout the Building

assumed that the Owner and/or Gvroscooe will provide all submittal reviews, respond to RFI's. reoort on site visits. etc.
Digital Dome Theater

Dust Control: All dust control and installation/maintenance of filtration media for the HVAC system has been excluded. Cleaning of
upper walls, structural steel, overhead ductwork, light fixtures, etc is excluded. Basic construction cleanup of Mezzanine floors is
included

Scaffolding erection and disassembly for overhead work is included.
