Programming: The first step is for us to understand your unique needs for this facility. Structural, mechanical, electrical, IT and historical impacts will all be documented and will help inform the design solutions explored. Conceptual Design: As the physical design parameters are understood, conceptual floor and site plans will be generated with input from the landscape architect, showing interior and exterior spaces including plazas, parking, and entry to the building. The possibilities of introducing natural light by opening up the windows, removing or adding walls, floors, stairs, to make the building perfect for your use will all come together.
