Attached find three (3) sets each of contract documents regarding the above -mentioned matter.
The bidder received the award through the normal bid process.
Any issues or concerns (i.e., banana peels) that should be noted as we enter into the contract.
Radiant Park is the newest neighborhood park. It is approximately 10 acres and includes 2
bridges over McClelland Creek, one bridge for park users and one bridge for the Fossil Creek trail
connections which is also the school route to Zach Elementary. It also includes a restroom/shelter
building with a series of four plazas that represent the four elements and act as outdoor
classrooms bringing people down to the McClelland Creek water surface. Other amenities include
a soccer field/multi purpose grass area, a tot lot and a teen adventure play area. At 1.345 million,
this park is just under the 1.4 million dollar budget estimated for this project.
Funding —are all project resources secured (in the bank; in the account)? Are there any contract
resources that still need to be secured (from pending grants; pending pledges; etc.)

certificate naming the City of Fort Collins an additional insured, and three (3) original copies of
