RE: Bid 7341 Grade Separated Crossing at NRRC
Dear Ted,
As you know the City of Fort Collins (Owner) has been trying to find extra funding for the
above project and has exhausted all options.
The City is rejecting your bid dated 3-6-12 for the above project per the Invitation to Bid
which states "the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids."
Thanks for all your work putting the bid together and we will make sure you are notified it
the City issues a revised bid in the future.
