A brief statement of your understanding and assumptions of the required network engineering and implementation services and your firm’s qualifications to provide the work. GTRI understands the network engineering and implementation services required, maintaining the qualifications to provide work as outlined in RFP 7368. Over the last five years GTRI has assisted The City of Fort Collins’ Netcomm and network administration teams with a multitude of projects involving unified communications/VoIP, indoor wireless, route/switch and security. GTRI has consulted with The City of Fort Collins on projects and topics such as physical security, outdoor wireless, mobile networking and video, and data center technologies including storage, server, and virtualization. GTRI assumes similar work will be required in future years along with new requirements such as IPv6, additional/new cyber security technologies and not limited to those listed within RFP 7368. GTRI also assumes that as these various technologies are leveraged and become more pervasive within the IT infrastructure in order to serve The City of Fort Collins’ requirements, this will cause increasing demands on The City of Fort Collins’ relatively small support staff. To further substantiate GTRI’s qualifications to exceed the services requirements listed within RFP 7368, a list of our specializations are included below. There are less than 15 Cisco partners in the country that have their Master UC, Master Security, Master Managed Services and Gold Status, and less than seven who have all of the below: Specializations  Master UC Specialization  Master Security Specialization  Advanced Data Center Networking Infrastructure  Advanced Data Center Storage Networking  Advanced Routing & Switching  Advanced Security  Advanced Unified Communications  Advanced Wireless LAN  Cisco Gold Partner Managed Services  Master Managed Services Specialization  Cisco Powered Managed Unified Communications  Cisco Powered Managed Security Other Authorizations  Cisco Smart Care Service Provider  Authorized WebEx Reseller  Authorized Unified Meetingplace Partner  TANDBERG Migration Advanced/ TANDBERG Partner  Advanced Technology Partner - Data Center Unified Computing City Of Fort Collins, Purchasing Proposal No. 7368 Use or disclosure of data contained on this page is subject to the restriction on the title page of this offer. Customer satisfaction begins with regular, high-touch interaction between our teams, our manufacturer partners, and our customer’s teams. On the surface, GTRI provides multiple points of contact within every internal team that interacts with our customer’s various teams. This ensures that the people that are capable of assisting our customers’ various requirements are present and accessible. We have branded our proactive communication and unending commitment to customer satisfaction in the tagline “Relentless Commitment,” and we have evolved a framework to support this commitment. Relentless Commitment is in direct reference to customer satisfaction. GTRI created its Strategic Delivery Framework (SDF) as a way to consistently ensure customer satisfaction and is a documented project-delivery methodology based on, and customized around, best practices such as ITIL and ISO. It is an environment that creates scalable best practices to meet stringent client needs and expectations and provides a flexible, highly adaptable foundation for successfully envisioning, proposing, planning, and executing our information technology solutions. SDF creates distinct logical project phases, allowing us to address potential issues before they add unnecessary time and expenses, thus eliminating project risk. The completion of one phase creates a solid base for the success of the next. The framework fosters the ability to adapt to dynamic projects, and applying this proven framework enables us to deliver projects on time and budget, with lower risk and greater business value. The diagram below illustrates the SDF framework which operates in a counter-clockwise fashion from the Envisioning Phase (quadrant 1 in the diagram that follows).
