Collins HHW Contract Pricing Jody, Ok, got it. Yes, I will approve the addition of the $213.00 to the invoice for the June 2 HHW event in Errin’s absence. And, approve the addition of the unit pricing for the following items to the Contract since they are not covered under the Larimer County agreement: Mercury‐Cadmium Batteries: $3.40/lb ($76.50 minimum) Carbon‐Zinc Batteries: $3.40/lb ($76.50 minimum) Halogen Bulbs: 5 gallon container $60.00, 10 gallon container $65.00, 15 gallon container $70.00. We will most likely be sending you a renewal letter in October to renew the contract for another year. When you get that from us, sign the letter and send it back with these additions to the contract pricing. By that time we should also have the 2nd HHW Event for the year under our belts; if we encounter any other ”additions” you can likewise add them to the contract when we do the renewal. This will be easier that issuing a formal Contract Change Order for such a small matter. Does that work for you? Collins HHW Contract Pricing Yes, we did quote you and “piggyback” on the Larimer County contract, but your contract and Larimer’s doesn’t have these 3 waste streams quoted as we’ve never managed/shipped this waste from Larimer County before. Residents just happened to drop them off at this collection! The PO definitely covers the $213.00 on this quote; however, instead of us just simply invoicing you for these items, I am required to let you know what the charges will be on a unit measure basis before you receive the invoice since they weren’t originally quoted to you (or Larimer County) so that there’s not a question of why we are charging you for something that was never quoted. If Yes, use that. And, are we talking about only $213.00 total added on the invoice for the June 2 HHW Event we just held? (Which I assume is somewhere in the neighborhood of $40,000 for the event; since PO 9120845 is for $80,000 total and was intended to cover the two events held in 2012?) I’m hoping you can help me out quickly with an approval on the attached quoted pricing. We just completed the first Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection event for the City of Ft. Collins this past Saturday, and there were three (3) new waste streams that we 4 collected that aren’t on the existing contract pricing. I therefore am asking for your approval on the attached quoted pricing. If you have any questions, please call/e-mail me. If not, I just need your signed acceptance to this pricing so that we can finish up the review and approval of these streams and receive the manifest at our facility tomorrow.
