The awarded vendor must supply the Park Supervisor with twelve (12) keys for the portable toilet paper holders before 12:00 p.m. July 3, 2012. If contract is not completed and signed within 30 days, City reserves the right to cancel and award to the next lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
