Attached find three (3) sets each of contract documents regarding the above -mentioned matter.
The bidder received the award through the normal BID process.
a. There are no issues or concerns are anticipated with this project. A partnering
session is planned before commencement of work between all parties involved to
ensure that everyone is on the same page.
b. All the necessary funding for this project comes from grants & local matching funds,
and at this time, all funds have been appropriated.
c. This is a standard contract with one milestone stating that the underpass in the BNSF
right of way shall be installed during the 7 day railroad closure window currently
scheduled for July 23rtl to 291", 2012.

Darin, would you please sign the contract documents and forward them to the City Clerk.
