Rocky Mountain Sweeping will work around parked cars to the best of our ability. Rocky Mountain Sweeping LLC warrants that it services shall be performed by personnel possessing competency with applicable industry standards. The Cost of the Work shall include direct labor costs, subcontract costs, costs of materials and equipment incorporated in the service(s) provided. Terms & Invoicine: Payment is due upon receipt and is past due fourteen (14) business days from receipt of invoice. If client has any valid reason for disputing any portion of an invoice, Client will so notify Rocky Mountain Sweeping LLC within twenty-four hours of receipt of invoice by Client, and if no such notification is given, the invoice that is not in dispute shall be deemed valid. A finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid amount of an invoice, or the maximum amount allowed by law, will be charges on past due accounts. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent accounts shall be paid by Client. This contract shall be terminated by either party within thirty (30) days written notice. Insurance: Rocky Mountain Sweeping will carry no less than $ 1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. This type of sweeper uses the same air over and over and does not put dust back into the air like vacuum sweepers. Water is always used from March through September. • For underground garages I use a Toolcat with 110 gallon water tank with a catch power brush attachment. To sweep all 5 levels of underground parking is performed at $65.00 per hour, I estimate 4 to 5 hours to backpack blow and then sweep the garage. 1 X per month the cost is $325.00 per month 4 X per month (I X per week) the cost is $975.06 per month All Pressure Washing includes the following: • Using a Truck Mounted Jordan 4,000 psi pressure washer • Water can be heated to 300 degrees • Water can be retained and swept up if needed All pressure washing is priced at $88.00 per hour.
