INSOLVENCY. GOVERNING LAW. The definitions of terms used or the interpretation of the agreement and the rights of all panics hcmnnder shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Colondo. SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY. The Seller shall carry on said work at Scllcrs own risk until the state is fully completed and accepted, and shall. in case of my accident. destruction or injury to the work and/or mnrcrials before Seller', final completion and .acceptance conlidele the work at Scllcrs own expense and to the satisfaction of the Pumhamr. INSURANCE The Scllcr shall. at his nwo expcn,e, provide for the pryrncot of workers compensation. including occupational disease haefits. to its employees employed on or in contraction with the work covered by this purchase order. and/or to their dependents in accordance with the laws of the state in which the work is to he done. The Seller hcmbv assumes the entire responsibilityand liability forany andall daringe, loss or injury ofany kind or nature whatsoever to persons or property caused by or resulting form the execution of the work pmvidcd for in this purchase order or in contrarian herewith.
