DESCRIPTION: The complete remodel of PFA Fire Station #1, including asbestos removal, deconstruction, an
addition, sitework, utilities and landscaping. Exterior renovation will match the existing as much as practicable.
Interior finishes will include painted gypsum board partitions,ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, sealed concrete,
suspended acoustical ceiling, wood and hollow metal doors and hollow metal frames.
Reason for change: Incorporation of various Proposed Change Orders (PCO's).
2. Description of change: PCO #47 — Exterior Trim at Bay Doors - $1,179.16; PCO #48 — Final Electrical
Changes - $644.73; PCO #49 — Bike Rack Allowance Credit — ($659.63); PCO #49 — Overhead Door
Allowance Credit — ($5,595.12); PCO #49 — Underground Duct Insulation Allowance Overage — $13.04; PCO
#50 — Credit for Extension Costs not Expended — ($2,633.45).
