Attached is a current Certificate of Insurance, for Northstar Concrete, Inc., for the 2011 Renewal of 6088 Concrete Maintenance Project – Phase II. Please note, Northstar Concrete’s
insurance will be renewing effective 04/26/2012. Once that is finalized, the renewal certificates will be issued.
