OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) November 16, 2011
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following
sections of this addendum:
The opening date has been changed to 3:00 PM (our clock) on
November 16, 2011.
Major changes have been made in the RFP that result in a smaller
scope of work. All changes have been made in the RFP available
at fcaov.com/eprocurement/
