As noted in section E. of the master rental agreement, you have the
option of purchasing a "collision damage waiver" to satisfy the physical
damage insurance requirements for the Equipment rented from Global
Rental CO., Inc. The cost of the coverage will be in addition to your
monthly rental payment at the daily rate of $.05 per $1,0(10 of
Equipment value as noted above. A $1,000 deductible will be applied to
each and every loss and assumed by the customer. Please indicate your
election with regards to physical damage below:

by Altec Industries and provide the performance, reliability, and features your projects need.
We have the following equipment available for delivery immediately or when the project starts.
Global Rental allows the flexibility required in this dynamic marketplace. Open-ended rentals
allow you to rent as long as the equipment is needed.
No penalties for early termination if the circumstances requiring the vehicles changes at any
given time. No mileage limitations or fees.

Delivery charge to the Denver Service Center in Aurora Colorado is $900.00. Prices (rental or
lease) do not include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are billed in advance on first invoice.
All units are available for purchase. Rental credit is applied to purchases as follows:
100 % if purchased within 30 days
60 % if purchased within 90 days
35 % if purchased within 365 days
We also can offer financing and lease packages through Altec Capital Services.
