1. & 2. This Change Order adds two Train the Trainers Workshops for the 2010/2011 Safe Routes to School
Program per the attached scope of services.

Non -infrastructure Grant
1. Bicycle Colorado will conduct two (2) Train the Trainers workshops to enable Fort
Collins SRTS trainers to implement Bicycle Colorado's K-8 Safe Routes to School
curriculum in local Fort Collins schools.
2. At each workshop, two (2) experienced Bicycle Colorado instructors will conduct a
comprehensive four (4) hours of training on teaching bicycle and pedestrian
education and conducting bicycle rodeos for grades K-8. Each workshop will include:
A. Copies of curriculum for all attendees
B. All materials and supplies for setting up a bicycle skills course
C. Presentation for the City and attendees to keep as a resource
D. Bicycle Colorado insurance coverage for attendees during the training
3. The City of Fort Collins will compensate Bicycle Colorado in an amount not to
exceed $1,500 ($750 per workshop, including all gas and travel time to and from
Fort Collins) for work performed during spring 2012, or no later than June 30,
2013, as necessary to complete the scope of work. Payments to Bicycle Colorado
will be made after the work outlined in the scope of work is performed and the
invoice(s) approved by the City. The invoice(s) shall meet the following two (2)
criteria:
A. Fulfills Colorado Department of Transportation invoicing requirements for the
federal Safe Routes to School program.
B. Consistent with the grant scope of work and City of Fort Collins service
agreement.
