To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following
sections of this addendum:

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Can sub -consultants or other team members be added later on as needed or do
all team members need to be included in the initial submittal?
All sub -consultants must be identified in your submittal
2. Is there a specific project being considered?
No, the types of Transportation Planning projects are outlined in the RFP.
3. Will one consultant or consultant team be selected for this on -call or will multiple
consultants or teams put onto the on -call.
The intent will be to select one consultant or consultant team for this on -
call contract, but the City reserves the right to award to more that one
consultant.
4. We want to confirm that the five project manager references are also the five
prime firm references, not five additional references (5 total references, not 10,
for the prime firm).
Just 5 total references.
5. We also want to confirm that we should submit the RFP by both email and hard
copy.
Either email or hard copy.
