After reviewing the RFP interview results with Jim O'Neill, it is my understanding the Library District attorney will
put together the agreements. Shawn Brumley stated during the interview process that it was acceptable to 3M to
use the Library District's Services Agreement template, included in the RFP document, as the basis for the
system sales agreement. Also that their Manager of Bids and Contracts, John Sebastian, has power of attorney
for 3M so agreements will not need to go through their legal department. The attorney will need to determine if
any portions of 3M's template need to be added as Special Provisions. For the separate Service Agreement, the
Library District will probably want to use 3M's template and amend if necessary. Separate requisitions will also
need to be created for the purchase of the system and annual service costs. Please let me now if you have any
