Please find attached a spreadsheet which compares the prices of the three consultants interviewed, along with prices from the current contract for similar services using quantities fora hypothetical contract. In this scenario, the recent proposal from CTL Thompson is the lowest of the 4 fee schedules, including the existing contract. We believe the prices are reasonable. Based on this information and our past experience with this firm, I recommend award of this contract to CTL Thompson.
